- Copy of the vessel’s P&I cover (certificate of insurance)
Addressed to Togo Flag Administration as per below details:

For vessels other than Togo Flag:
- Official attestation letter from the flag confirming that they did not ratify the international convention on civil liability for bunker oil pollution damage 2001.
- Copy of registry certificate
- Copy of the blue card addressed to Togo Flag Administration as per below details:
